We are seeking urgently a reliable and organized General Office & Clerical Works Executive to support our showroom operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling general office tasks, clerical duties, and assisting with showroom coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
Assist in showroom coordination and inventory tracking.
Prepare reports and maintain records accurately.
Support other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Female preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently.
Prior experience in office or showroom clerical work is an advantage.
