We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Salon Specialist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of spa and salon services, products, and equipment, as well as knowledge of different product brands available in the market, such as Essie, Loreal, Madi International, etc. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on salon and spa services, products, and equipment to clients and salon staff Assist in setting Salon Menu, Cost & Operation Manuals Maintain knowledge of current trends, best practices, and industry standards in the salon and spa industry Build and maintain relationships with suppliers of salon and spa products and equipment Handle salon staff, including training and upskilling to ensure they are providing the highest quality of service to clients Assists in managing the salon\'s inventory and ordering supplies as needed, creating duty roasters Helping in managing the salon\'s finances Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a salon specialist or similar role In-depth knowledge of salon and spa services, products, and equipment Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment Knowledge of salon management software (Like Fresha) is a plus A creative and artistic mindset Experience in managing salon staff Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities A valid certification of Cosmetology is a plus We offer a competitive salary, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
