Be the friendly first face of our new, vibrant ladies' salon. We're looking for an enthusiastic, professional Female Receptionist to welcome guests, manage bookings, and keep our front desk running smoothly.

What you'll do

Greet every guest warmly and create a five-star first impression Answer calls/WhatsApp messages, manage inquiries, and confirm/cancel appointments Operate our appointment-booking software (create/modify schedules, allocate staff, avoid overlaps) Handle POS/cashier duties: open/close till, process cash/cards, reconcile daily reports Coordinate with stylists/therapists to ensure on-time service flow Upsell products/services at the desk and meet simple monthly targets Keep reception tidy, restock retail shelves, and prepare end-of-day summaries

What we're looking for

Fluent English with outstanding communication and a warm, professional manner Customer service background plus genuine interest in sales & marketing Experience with appointment-booking software (salon/clinic systems preferred) Cash-handling & cashier proficiency with accuracy and attention to detail Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving under pressure Positive attitude, reliability, and a polished, presentable appearance Female candidates only (ladies' salon environment)
