Core responsibilities

Strategy development:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Market research:

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activities.

Campaign management:

Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media, to promote products and services.

Sales and lead generation:

Identify potential customers, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.

Client relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, handle inquiries and complaints, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Performance analysis:

Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and sales activities.

Collaboration:

Work with other teams, such as product and development, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company objectives.

Key skills and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field. Proven work experience in a sales and marketing role. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and sales skills. Knowledge of marketing tactics and digital marketing. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Result-driven and organized with strong project management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
