Requirements:
Fluent in Russian and English .
Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or duty-free, with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per airport operational needs.
A professional and well-presented appearance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Commission:
Competitive basic salary commensurate with experience.
Attractive commission structure based on individual sales performance.
