to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will represent our brand, support customers with gold investment services, and manage client accounts while delivering a high-end retail experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a professional, luxury-level experience.
Present and explain Save in Gold's products, services, and investment options.
Assist customers with account creation, app usage, and completing transactions.
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients as their dedicated Account Manager.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Provide excellent after-sales support and handle customer inquiries.
Maintain the store's appearance, product displays, and stock accuracy.
Share customer feedback to support improvements and new features.
Requirements:
Female, Russian-speaking
.
Russian & English fluency
.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
Presentable, professional appearance suited for a luxury environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience dealing with high-end or VIP clients is an advantage.
