Job Description

Lead Generation:

Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social selling.

Sales Cycle Management:

Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and final closing of deals.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge:

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, market competitors, and industry trends.

Presentations & Demos:

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Reporting:

Track all sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions accurately.

Quota Achievement:

Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance metrics.
Qualifications

Experience:

Proven work experience (3 years) as a Sales Representative or in a similar relevant role.

Track Record:

History of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Technical Proficiency:

Competency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Attributes:

Highly self-motivated, driven, and professional, with a strong commitment to customer service.
