Job Description

We are looking for a

female sales representative

with proven experience in

sanitary ware or building materials showroom sales

. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented attitude to drive sales and enhance the overall showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom, providing detailed product information and professional advice Promote and sell a wide range of

sanitary ware products

(bathroom fittings, tiles, mixers, accessories, etc.) Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals effectively Maintain and update showroom displays, ensuring products are well-presented and properly labeled Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in a professional manner Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and interior designers Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team for stock availability and product updates Stay informed about market trends, new product launches, and competitor activities

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in

sanitary ware, tiles, or building materials showroom sales

Strong knowledge of sanitary ware brands, specifications, and installation standards Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus) Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/sales software Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment and meet targets
