Acting as a brand representative and striving to meet and exceed all personal and store goals.
Essential duties and job responsibilities include Customer Service, Client Relations, and Sales.
Actively build client book, and follow through with clients' requests, concerns, and inquiries.
Continuously build knowledge of company history, heritage, products, and the competitive market.
Continuously build knowledge of the latest fashion trends.
Handle special requests such as in-store repairs, special orders, hot-stamping, returns, etc.
Support all company initiatives as they relate to product launches, client service, and selling.

of work experience in a
high-end fashion retail store
. Be fashion-forward and have a passion for the fashion/luxury goods industry.
Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing.
Self-starter, Dependable, Punctual, Flexible.
Ability to adapt to changing needs of the company as necessary.
