Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, providing an exceptional in-store experience.
Understand client preferences and recommend the perfect floral and gift arrangements.
Share product knowledge with confidence to guide customer choices.
Deliver professional and personalized customer service in line with our brand standards.
Handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
Assist with visual merchandising and creative product displays.
What We're Looking For
Fluency in Arabic & English (verbal & written) is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills--confident, approachable, and professional.
Candidates with prior UAE experience in retail, hospitality, luxury sales, flower shops, or perfume sales in MOE / Dubai Mall will be given preference.
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and passionate about customer service.
Must be available to join immediately.
