Selfdrive.ae is hiring a Female Sales Executive who is responsible for managing Inbound and outbound calls relating to Car rental, leasing, ancillary services, after sales queries, rental extensions etc. *****Only serious and Immediate joiners apply****** Preferred - British & Arabic people Note: preference will be given to people who are on Visit/Cancelled Visa UAE Call Centre experience is Mandatory Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication \xe2\x80\x9cscripts\xe2\x80\x9d when handling different topics
- Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our company database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Contact Centre, Call Center or Hospitality industry is Required
- Proficiency in English
- Atleast 1 year UAE Call centre experience is required
- Minimum qualification-Any graduate / PG is eligible to apply
- Industry-Internet / Ecommerce / Automobile / Car Rental
- Functional Area-ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service, Operations
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
