Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving membership sales, promoting fitness services, and building strong client relationships within the gym. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and wellness programs. Actively engage with walk-in clients, leads, and prospects to convert them into members. Conduct gym tours and explain facilities, services, and membership options. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Participate in marketing campaigns, outreach activities, and events to attract new members. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and follow-ups in the system. Collaborate with fitness trainers and the operations team to deliver a positive client experience. Stay updated on fitness industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or customer service. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required. The applicant must be physically fit, with a neat and athletic appearance.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience. Fitness background or personal interest in health & wellness is an advantage.
