Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and fit-out projects

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for AMC contracts and fit-out projects.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
Conduct site visits, assessments, and technical discussions.
Coordinate with the engineering and operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Minimum
1 year of experience
in sales of fire alarm and firefighting systems.
Strong knowledge of AMC contracts and fit-out project requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
