Your Role: Drive Growth and Shape Corporate Partnerships
You are a highly organized and ambitious sales professional who will serve as the primary contact for prospective members. Beyond general sales, you will take a strategic approach to corporate outreach, building and nurturing B2B partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate High-Quality Leads:
Proactively seek new members through strategic corporate outreach, referrals, walk-ins, and local promotional events.
Develop Corporate Partnerships:
Identify and engage with businesses to develop bulk membership sales and create tailored corporate wellness programs.
Manage the Sales Cycle:
Conduct engaging facility tours, clearly communicate membership benefits and pricing, and confidently close new memberships.
Build Strong Relationships:
Nurture long-term relationships with both individual and corporate clients to maximize retention, drive renewals, and identify new business opportunities.
Leverage CRM Tools:
Utilize CRM software to document client interactions, track leads, and provide accurate sales performance reports to management.
Support Promotional Campaigns:
Collaborate with the marketing team on social media initiatives, open houses, and local campaigns to boost brand awareness.
Handle General Sales Administration:
Manage client inquiries, handle front desk operations, phone calls, process payments, and ensure a smooth sign-up experience for all members.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
1-5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Prior experience in fitness, corporate sales, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred.
Sales Acumen:
Exceptional interpersonal, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented and confident approach to closing sales.
Corporate Sales Skills:
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and drive B2B partnerships.
Personal Attributes:
A passionate, self-motivated, and target-driven individual with an interest in health and wellness.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Education:
High school diploma required; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
