We are looking for a passionate and results-driven female Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new memberships, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the gym's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Membership Sales: Drive new member sign-ups through consultations, facility tours, and promotional campaigns.
Lead Generation: Identify and follow up with potential clients through referrals, social media, walk-ins, and outbound calls.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential and existing members, understanding their fitness goals and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Marketing Support: Assist in executing local marketing activities, such as open-house events, corporate tie-ups, and promotions.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the gym's CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with personal trainers and gym staff to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
