Coordinate with the sales team to track and manage leads, inquiries, and follow-ups
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and purchase orders as required
Maintain CRM systems and client databases with up-to-date records
Liaise with clients for order updates, document requests, and service coordination
Support logistics and after-sales service processes
Prepare sales reports, pipeline summaries, and performance dashboards
Ensure smooth communication between internal departments (finance, logistics, showroom)
Requirements
Proven experience in
sales coordination
,
customer service
, or
administrative support
, ideally within a sales or client-facing team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Professional appearance and presentation
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
