We are expanding our team and looking for a

motivated Female Sales & Admissions Executive

to join us and play a key role in growing our student community.

Role Overview:

As a Sales & Admissions Executive, you will be the first point of contact for parents and students. You'll manage inquiries, explain our programs, and guide families smoothly through the enrollment process. This role requires confidence, communication skills, and a strong drive to achieve admissions targets.

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with potential leads. Welcome and assist parents/visitors at the branch with program details. Manage the end-to-end admission process (forms, documentation, fee payments). Maintain accurate records of leads, payments, and CRM updates. Actively follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email to maximize conversions. Work closely with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment goals. Deliver excellent customer service and build strong parent relationships.

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in

sales, admissions, or customer service

(education/training sector preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Comfortable with follow-up calls and lead conversions. Presentable, professional, and confident personality. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).

Female candidates only

(team requirement). Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi an advantage). Based in Dubai (or ready to relocate immediately).
