Key Responsibilities:

Manage vendor relationships, evaluate procurement needs, and coordinate purchasing activities.
Assist in administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Support procurement processes including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and processing purchase orders.
Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Female candidate with minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, administration, and procurement.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English is required.
