motivated and experienced Female Retention Specialist
to join our team at CreditCare Credit Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for retaining existing clients, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships to reduce churn.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
Identify reasons for customer cancellations or dissatisfaction and offer solutions
Develop and implement client retention strategies
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to improve overall customer experience
Maintain accurate client records in the system
Achieve monthly retention targets and KPIs
Follow up on inactive or dormant accounts

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience
in a similar retention/customer service role (preferably in financial services or credit management)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections and resolve conflicts professionally
Customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
