Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote beauty products online and offline
Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns including content creation, influencer partnerships, and ad management
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
Work closely with sales and design teams to align product promotions with brand goals
Create promotional materials including brochures, banners, and product packaging ideas
Organize and attend beauty expos, events, or pop-up shows for brand visibility
Conduct customer feedback and market research to improve product reach
Manage email marketing campaigns and website content updates
Report marketing campaign results and optimize performance based on analytics
Required Skills:
Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably in beauty or cosmetics
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.)
Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Good understanding of consumer behavior and beauty industry trends
Creative thinking with attention to detail and brand aesthetics
Experience working with influencers and content creators
Proficiency in marketing software like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
