Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Retail Sales Representative
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least1 year of experience in the retail industry
and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Provide detailed information on products, promotions, and offers Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing Process transactions accurately using POS systems
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in the retail industry Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidaysWhat We Offer:
