In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the restaurant manager in ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and team performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating staff while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations during shifts
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
Support with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
Assist in meeting sales and operational goals
Report daily operations and issues to the restaurant manager
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food & beverage industry
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food Safety and/or Hospitality certification is a plus
