The Female Cashier will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily restaurant operations at the point of sale.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with orders or inquiries.
Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments accurately.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and balances at the end of the shift.
Issue receipts, refunds, and change as necessary.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order at the cashier counter.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
Address customer complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
Job Requirements / Criteria:
Female, age [e.g., 20-35 years].
Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred.
Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
