Key Responsibilities: Reservation Management:Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Accurately input reservation details into the booking system.
Assist guests in choosing the most suitable accommodations based on their preferences and needs. Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests. Product Knowledge:Stay updated on the features and amenities of our hotels and holiday homes to effectively promote them to guests.
Offer recommendations and upsell opportunities to enhance the guest experience. Availability and Rates:Ensure accurate information regarding room availability and rates.
Communicate special offers, packages, and promotions to potential guests. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information.
Generate reports on reservation statistics and occupancy rates. Team Collaboration:Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Assist in coordinating special requests and arrangements. Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reservation Agent in the hotel industry or holiday home sector.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in reservation and booking software (knowledge of systems like Opera, ResNexus, or similar is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Knowledge of multiple languages (a plus but not required).
