We are seeking a Female Receptionist with a Commerce background to join our team at PROFICIENT ACCOUNTANTS AND TAX SOLUTIONS L.L.C. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our accounting firm, responsible for greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • 1. Serve as the welcoming face of the accounting firm, greeting clients and visitors.
2. Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate staff. 3. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring professionalism and cleanliness. 4. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing office supplies. 5. Brief knowledge in accounting software for basic data entry and record-keeping. 6. Basic knowledge of accosting and taxation related term 7. Collaborate with colleagues to support efficient office operations. 8. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English. 9. Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. 10. Adaptability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 11.
