We are seeking a friendly and organized Female Receptionist to join our vibrant Pilates studio. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with scheduling, and ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. Responsibilities: - Greet clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at the studio. - Manage client appointments, class registrations, and cancellations using our scheduling software. - Answer phone calls and emails, providing accurate information about our services, class schedules, and promotions. - Process payments, maintain client accounts, and ensure accurate record-keeping. - Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. - Build positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with instructors and managers to coordinate schedules and support overall studio operations. Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Basic math skills for handling payments and financial transactions. - Passion for Pilates and a willingness to learn about our studio's offerings. - Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
