We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Salon Receptionist to be the face of our salon. The ideal candidate will greet clients, manage appointments, handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries, process payments, and ensure a smooth customer experience from entry to exit.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage the booking system (walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms like Fresha/Booksy).
Confirm and follow up on appointments and cancellations.
Answer phone calls, messages, and social media inquiries promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Process payments via cash, card, or mobile platforms.
Upsell salon services and packages when appropriate.
Maintain client records and preferences in the system.
Coordinate with hairdressers, technicians, and therapists for smooth scheduling.
Monitor and order front desk supplies when needed.
Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:
at least 2 years' experience as a receptionist or customer service role (preferably in a salon or spa).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, booking software (e.g., Fresha, and WhatsApp Business.
Well-groomed, polite, and professional demeanor.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Fluency in English; other languages Arabic are a plus.
