Job Description

As a shop sales associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets. You will be expected to greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend products that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs

-Provide product information and answer any questions

customers may have

-Upsell products and promote current promotions to

customers

- Process transactions and handle cash and credit card

payments

- Maintain accurate inventory records and restock shelves as needed

- Keep the shop clean and presentable at all times

- Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on product

knowledge and sales techniques

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis

-Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Requirements:

- preferred females with sponsored visa.

-Have knowledge about hair extensions ,hair saloon treatments.

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous sales experience preferred

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card

transactions

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and

holidays

- Basic knowledge on Microsoft Excel and social media platform usages
