We are seeking an experienced and professional FEMALE RECEPTIONIST. The ideal candidate will be up-to-date on the latest dental and derma treatments and trends and have a keen eye for patient care and handling. Responsibilities include: - Good communication skills and should be able to speak Arabic and English
- Manage doctor schedules
- Inform patients about schedule changes
- Greet patients in a lively manner
- Communicate with the team
- Be up to date with latest technologies and cloud based softwares
- Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary.
-Answering phone calls from customers professionally and politely and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. The successful candidate must have previous work experience working in a medical center and/or specialized treatment center and a passion for healthcare.
