Al Fariq Properties LLC is looking for a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant. Ultimately, a Receptionist and Admin duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Female and preferably in a husband\'s visa. :
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, record sick or maternity leave etc\xe2\x80\xa6
Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
Greeting visitors at reception.
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms.
Arranging travel and accommodation.
Taking minutes at meetings
Typing up letters and reports
Updating computer records using a database & Printing and photocopying
Ordering office supplies and Maintaining office systems
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
Updating internal databases with new hire information
Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
Publish and remove job ads
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
Update the properties in various platforms Like Property Finder, Bayut etc\xe2\x80\xa6
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
Develop training and onboarding material
Experience using spreadsheets
Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants
Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
