We are looking for a highly skilled, energetic, enthusiastic, customer-oriented and organized individual to fill the role FEMALE RECEPTIONIST and Digital Marketing Assistant (Spouse/Own Visa Only) !!!

As the first point of contact for Customers and callers, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. Additionally, you will utilize your social media skills for improving our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist tasks:

Welcome visitors, answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries (social media platforms, emails etc.) in a professional and friendly manner

Manage and maintain accurate expense files, customer records and database

Provide administrative support to the operational team, including scheduling and follow up on appointments as well as inventory management (reordering products)

Actively upsell additional services or packages during booking and in salon conversations

Promote and sell retail products with confidence

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets - both services and retail

Communicate client issues, feedback, and operational concerns to the

salon owner promptly

Capture and organize UGC (before/after photos, testimonials, stylist work)

Coordinate with the owner for promotions, shout-outs, and campaign

execution

Digital Marketing tasks:

Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content for blogs, social media, WhatApp, and website pages.

Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends.

Lead Generation: Execute strategies to capture leads through digital channels and manage the lead nurturing process.

Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices to stay ahead of the curve.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years in a Ladies Beauty Salon and Digital Marketing or similar role.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with SEO tools.

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media management tools.

Knowledge of Fresha (CRM tool)

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and engaging with the audience.

Creative Skills: Ability to design digital creatives, or collaborate with design teams for visuals.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
