A prestigious perfume manufacturing company is looking for Receptionist to join our amazing team
  • Candidate must be presentable and well dressed/mannered.
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Maintaining a database of enquires.
  • Assist clients asper their requirements.
  • Manage appointments for senior management
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes..etc.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings.
  • Assist top level managers to generate reports
  • Answer phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Manage office expenses and utilities
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:
  • Excellent communication skills with cheerful personality
  • Practical knowledge of how Microsoft Office works
