Female Receptionist/ Admin

Job Description

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Female Receptionist and Admin to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, as well as assist with general office management tasks, administrative support, and coordination duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Receptionist Duties:

Greet and welcome clients in a professional and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, taking accurate messages as necessary. Maintain and manage the reception area, ensuring it is always neat, clean, and welcoming. Schedule and manage appointments. Provide customers with information about the company, directions, and other relevant details.

Administrative Support:

Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval. Handle incoming and outgoing mail Assist in coordinating and preparing necessary materials. Help with document preparation, data entry, and other office tasks as assigned.

General Office Coordination:

Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations. Manage office-related communications, including emails and memos. Ensure that all office equipment is functional and properly maintained. Perform basic bookkeeping duties, such as invoicing and expense tracking.

Requirements:



Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in administration or office management preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Professional demeanor and appearance.
