We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Real Estate Broker

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating real estate transactions, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

As a real estate broker, you will act as an intermediary between property buyers and sellers, landlords, and tenants. You will be expected to stay updated on market trends, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with clients, developers, and other real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Understand clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Market Research & Analysis:

Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities in Dubai's real estate market. Conduct property appraisals and offer advice on pricing based on market conditions.

Negotiation & Sales:

Negotiate and prepare offers, contracts, and agreements between buyers, sellers, and tenants. Guide clients through the process of closing sales or finalizing leases, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

Property Marketing:

Market properties through multiple platforms (websites, social media, print, etc.). Organize property viewings, open houses, and presentations to potential buyers and tenants.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all property transactions are legally compliant with Dubai's real estate regulations (RERA, Dubai Land Department). Prepare necessary documents and contracts, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.

Networking & Business Development:

Attend networking events, real estate conferences, and industry-related meetings to expand your professional network. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

Experience as a real estate broker in Dubai or the UAE, with a solid understanding of the local market. Experience in both residential and commercial real estate is an advantage.

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation. Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations, including RERA certification (preferred). Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Personal Traits:

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and meet sales targets. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment.
