Roles & Responsibilities:

o Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve assigned targets.

o Build strong relationships with clients through consistent communication, meetings, and presentations.

o Utilize market research, networking, and referrals to generate leads.

o Deliver persuasive sales presentations, highlighting the unique features of our properties.

o Guide clients through the transaction process, negotiate contract terms, and provide expert advice.

o Use our CRM system daily to manage leads and sales activities.

o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process.

o Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

o Proven sales or business development experience in Real Estate (Preferred)

o Luxury Retail, Tourism, Tech, Start-ups, Consultancy,

o Preferably 1+ year of experience in Dubai's real estate market.

o Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field. Or or equivalent experience

o Excellent communication skills in English

o Candidates who speak languages such as Arabic, German, Turkish, French, Russian, Italian and Persian is an asset are also preferred.

o Independent, self-driven, and organized.

o Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
