Key Responsibilities

Client Representation

Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai. Provide personalized property recommendations based on clients' needs and preferences. Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions efficiently.
Sales & Customer Service:

Generate and manage leads, ensuring strong relationships with clients. Stay informed on market trends, property regulations, and industry best practices. Deliver exceptional customer service and advisory support throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in

Chinese/Japanese language

is a strong advantage) Previous experience in real estate is preferred but

not required

Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills Presentable, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Good-looking, with a professional and polished appearance Willingness to undergo training and develop your skills further
