Female Real Estate Administrator Hayat Luxury Properties has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Real Estate Admin. The Candidate should have an Experience in the same position. The Salary for the right candidate will be AED 3,500, all-inclusive. The Successful Candidate should be available to join immediately and meet all the requirements below. Administration Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees and clients providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include but not limited to facilitating contract process (move in to move out), processing permits and other legalities. Respond to telephone, in-person and email enquiries, running company advertisements, maintaining and updating company databases. Preparing regular reports and forms (e.g. expenses, petty cash, and reimbursement), organizing company records, schedule and confirm appointments and meetings and managing office stocks and supplies. Lastly supervise and train other office support staff when needed. Creating, Editing, Updating and Publishing listings on Property Finder, Dubizzle and Bayut thru the relevant CRM\xe2\x80\x99s. Obtaining the Trakheesi Permits for all advertisements. Drafting and Creating Contract A, Contract B, Contract F, MOU, NOC, Form I and other property related contracts online through Dubai Rest App and completing all paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure that the deal is closed as quickly as possible. Registering and Renewing Agreements with the respected Developers. Submit the required documents for each property to get Trakheesi Permit Drafting Tenancy Contract and Addendum for New and Renewal properties. Ensuring both tenant and Landlord documents are complete and updated on the CRM system. Prepare weekly listing report Ensure all the listing information is accurate, Coordinate with the agents in terms of unit availability and marketing, ensuring only available properties are advertised. Proficient in the use of the computer with Microsoft tools (ex. Word, Excel, etc.), google sheets and google drive. Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals and renewals. Contact potential or existing customers and property owners/landlords over the phone to inform them about property offers or to list properties for advertising Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel and report to the Managing Director Compose, edit, and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts Answering Inquiries, assisting clients Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required) What do we provide? 3500 AED Salary \xe2\x80\x93 Fulltime Employment visa Job Type: Permanent Salary: AED3,499.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
