Female Quantity Surveyor / Estimator (Pre-Contract) - Own Visa Required

female Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
with
own valid visa
. The candidate should have
1-2 years of experience
in luxury interiors, fit-out, or villa construction projects, with
pre-contract experience mandatory
.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for interior and villa projects.
Conduct site measurements and tender analysis.
Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
Assist in contract negotiations and project finalization.
Requirements:
Female with own valid visa (Family / Spouse / Freelance)
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
Pre-Contract experience mandatory
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD / PlanSwift
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
