Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of business initiatives across departments (e.g., F&B, wellness, retail, events) Develop workflows and SOPs for each business unit to ensure efficiency and alignment Lead project planning, resourcing, budgeting, and progress tracking Liaise with vendors, suppliers, freelancers, and service providers Monitor timelines, costs, and KPIs; flag and solve bottlenecks quickly Assist with brand launches, campaign rollouts, and seasonal activations Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and licensing (TAMM, DED, etc.) Manage internal tools, calendars, and dashboards to centralize tasks Regularly report to the founder with updates, insights, and improvement suggestions
Requirements:
3+ years experience in project or operations management, ideally in lifestyle, F&B, wellness, or retail industries Ability to manage and juggle multiple timelines and brands simultaneously Strong understanding of UAE-based processes (licensing, permits, vendor networks) Comfortable working in a founder-led, fast-paced, high-autonomy environment Fluent in English Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused Tech-savvy: able to manage Notion, Excel, Canva, project software (ClickUp, Trello, or similar)

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From AED4,100.00 per month
