We are seeking a highly organized and professional Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of Curve Club. The Supervisor will ensure smooth coordination across the studio, cafe, and retail space, while leading the team to deliver an outstanding client experience. This role acts as the main link between staff and management, ensuring standards are maintained and operational needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
Welcome clients and ensure a premium, professional atmosphere.
Assist first-time visitors with orientation and support.
Handle client inquiries and feedback promptly and discreetly.
Team Leadership
Supervise front desk, cafe, instructors, and cleaning staff.
Assign and monitor daily duties, ensuring accountability and consistency.
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support.
Facility & Operations
Oversee cleanliness and sanitation of all areas.
Ensure equipment is sanitized and operational.
Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues.
Inventory & Supplies
Manage cafe and studio supply levels
Prepare daily stock reports and coordinate timely restocking.
Scheduling & Coordination
Assist with timetable planning and staff rostering.
Confirm and monitor bookings to avoid overlaps or cancellations.
Report weekly updates on attendance, staff performance, and operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven supervisory or management experience in hospitality, fitness, or luxury service.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail with a client-first mindset.
