Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls
Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate schedules
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Maintain the reception area in a neat and presentable condition
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (UAE experience preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Presentable appearance and professional etiquette
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
