Key Responsibilities:
Travel Coordination
Plan and book all aspects of domestic and international travel including flights, accommodations, airport transfers, and local drivers.
Organize personal security or bodyguard services as required in travel destinations
Ensure seamless and comprehensive travel itineraries and remain available for real-time support.
Lifestyle Management
Make reservations for restaurants, private events, luxury events, and memberships.
Assist in sourcing and interviewing domestic staff (maids, drivers, nannies, etc.).
Handle personal shopping, scheduling, and occasional household arrangements.
Business Assistance
Conduct research for business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
Help set up business operations, including government filings and license registration.
Attend meetings or visit government entities to collect information or process applications.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for business and household roles.
Coordinate with service providers, lawyers, and consultants on behalf of the client.
Maintain confidential records, reports, and documentation.
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and reminders.
Draft and respond to professional correspondence.
Maintain organized records and task tracking systems.
Provide personal concierge support across business and private domains.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or related field (preferred).
3+ years experience
in a similar personal/executive assistant role, including
extensive experience with high-level travel coordination
.
Strong understanding of
logistics, concierge services, and international travel arrangements
.
Excellent networking skills
with an
established contact base
across travel, government, hospitality, and business sectors to streamline logistics and open doors.
Comfortable engaging with service providers, vendors, and high-profile professionals.
Outstanding written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
Tech-savvy with expertise in Microsoft Office and booking platforms.
Highly discreet, trustworthy, patient and dependable.
Must be enthusiastic about the role

Willing and able to
