Job Summary:



The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by actively identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, focused on providing solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social selling, referrals, and following up on inbound leads.

Customer Engagement:

Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and clearly articulate the product/service value.

Sales Cycle Management:

Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market Awareness:

Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to position the company's offerings effectively.

Reporting & CRM:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and customer information using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:

Required:



Females only Proven experience in a sales role (e.g., Sales Representative, Account Executive, Sales Associate). Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and objection handling abilities. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to handle multiple accounts and priorities.

Preferred:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with sales automation tools and modern sales techniques (e.g., social selling).
