female Arabic Secretary

to work in Real Estate office. preferably

on husband's sponsorship

and

currently residing in the Al Majaz area

Requirements:



Minimum

2 years of work experience in the UAE

, preferably in the real estate sector Must be on

husband's visa/sponsorship

Excellent

English communication skills

- written and verbal Proficient in

Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong

organizational and multitasking

abilities Excellent

time management

and ability to prioritize tasks High attention to detail and accuracy Good command of

computer skills

and

data entry


Job Responsibilities:



Maintain and update records of office expenses and tenant information Coordinate with tenants for rent collection and maintenance requests Assist the Manager in day-to-day office operations Handle phone calls, emails, letters, and other correspondence Enter and update data related to

property listings, tenancy contracts, Ejari

, etc. Ensure smooth office administration and documentation processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
