Female Nurse / Caregiver For Autism Person
Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced female nurse or caregiver to provide dedicated care and support to a person with autism. The ideal candidate should be patient, understanding, and skilled in managing the daily needs and emotional well-being of individuals with special needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and daily assistance (hygiene, meals, routine)
- Support in therapy sessions and follow up with therapists' recommendations
- Monitor and record behavior, progress, and any changes in condition
- Encourage communication, social interaction, and life skills development
- Maintain a calm, structured, and safe environment
- Administer medications as prescribed (if licensed nurse)
Requirements:
- Female candidate only
- Nursing qualification or certified caregiver training preferred
- Prior experience caring for autism or special needs individuals
- Compassionate, patient, and responsible personality
- Good communication and observation skills
- Salary: AED 2,500 -3,500 depending on experience
- Joining: Immediate
