Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration)
Help patients move safely, including turning, repositioning, and transferring
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Report changes in patients' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
Assist with documentation and maintaining patient records
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (Required)
Active Nurse Assistant Certification (CNA) in [Insert State] (Required)
CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required, depending on facility)
Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, move, and position patients as needed
