We are seeking a

confident, attractive, and well-presented female model

to represent our luxury real estate Properties in video shoots across high-end properties, including

poolside, beachfront, and lifestyle-focused settings

.

In addition to modeling, the candidate will assist the CEO with

light coordination tasks

, such as managing shoot schedules, location prep, and basic organizational duties. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who is both camera-ready and detail-oriented behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in photo/video shoots for luxury property marketing (pool, water, beach, and lifestyle content) Represent the brand with elegance, style, and confidence in front of the camera Assist in organizing shoot locations, coordinating with photographers, and ensuring smooth execution Provide support to the CEO in managing daily creative schedules and logistics Travel with CEO in other Countries Be available for occasional travel to shoot locations or property events Maintain a professional, presentable, and brand-aligned appearance

Requirements:

Female, aged 18-26 Must be

photogenic, stylish, and confident in luxury/lifestyle settings

Presentable, with a strong camera presence and comfort in beachwear/lifestyle modeling Reliable, punctual, and proactive with time and task management Good communication and coordination skills Must be based in Dubai (or available for immediate relocation) Open to occasional travel for on-location shoots or events

Salary:

AED

4,000/month

(All-inclusive)

Preferred Qualities:

Experience in modeling, fashion, or luxury lifestyle shoots is a plus Elegant, charming, and professionally charismatic (a subtle way to express "sexy but tasteful") Friendly and confident personality with a flexible attitude Ability to blend on-camera performance with real-world coordination responsibilities
