Maintain, manage, and update all project documentation, drawings, technical submittals, and reports in an organized manner.
Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients for timely submission, review, and approval of documents.
Track and record all project correspondence, ensuring proper filing for audits and compliance.
Prepare and assist in generating project reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and other required documentation.
Ensure all documentation and processes comply with UAE regulations, project specifications, and company procedures.
Attend tenant complaints, log the issues, coordinate with technicians, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain communication with tenants, clients, and internal teams to provide updates and ensure service quality.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficient in MS Office applications .
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
GCC experience is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and coordinate with technical teams.
