We are currently hiring for the position of

Female Nurse Coordinator

who are willing to work in

Homecare

- Abu Dhabi and can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage patient care services in the homecare setting. Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Supervise and support homecare nursing staff and ensure compliance with clinical protocols. Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed. Serve as the main point of contact between patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case conferences. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to homecare nurses. Manage scheduling and assignment of home visits. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements (e.g., DOH, Joint Commission).

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) with DOH/HAAD license Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in homecare or community health. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in electronic health records and case management systems.
