Job Description

1. Training & Development Leadership:

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive

training programs

covering all aspects of hairdressing, including cutting, coloring (classic and advanced techniques like Balayage, Ombre, and color correction), styling, and texture services. Conduct hands-on, live demonstrations and workshops to improve the practical skills and efficiency of junior and senior stylists. Mentor individual team members, identifying skill gaps and creating personalized development plans to ensure continuous professional growth. Evaluate and assess the technical competency of staff regularly, providing constructive feedback and measuring performance against international standards.

2. Technical Excellence & Quality Control:

Ensure all salon services are executed to the highest quality, consistency, and safety standards, adhering to UAE regulations. Stay abreast of emerging

global hair trends, product innovations, and techniques

from fashion runways and industry leaders, integrating them into training materials. Conduct

product knowledge training

for all hair care and styling lines carried by the salon. Troubleshoot complex client cases (e.g., severe color correction, challenging cuts) and provide expert guidance to stylists.

3. Team & Operational Support:

Foster a positive, collaborative, and learning-focused environment within the salon. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hairdressing staff. Manage training budgets, resources, and scheduling efficiently. Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating professionalism and exceptional client interaction skills.
Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 5 years of active professional experience

as a senior stylist or technical educator in a reputable salon or academy. Proven certification or qualification from a recognized international hairdressing academy or vocational training body. Demonstrable expertise in a wide range of cutting methodologies, complex coloring techniques, and advanced styling (e.g., bridal, avant-garde).

Previous experience in a training, mentorship, or leadership capacity is mandatory.

Exceptional verbal and written

communication skills

in English (Arabic is a strong advantage). Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and curriculum development. Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
